Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of plugkit.io and the digital products sold through it. By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. PlugKit is operated from Poland and subject to Polish and EU law.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a single-site, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on one (1) production installation. You may also install it on development and staging environments for the same project.

You may not: redistribute the product, share it with third parties, include it in products you sell, or use it on multiple production installations without purchasing additional licenses.

3. Source Code

All products include complete, unobfuscated source code. You may modify the code for your own use. Modified versions remain subject to these license terms.

4. Updates & Support

Your purchase includes 12 months of free updates and email support from the date of purchase. After 12 months, you may renew updates and support at 40% of the original purchase price. The product continues to work indefinitely — renewal is only required for new updates and support access.

Support covers installation, configuration, and bug reports. Custom development is not included.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, you waive this right by giving express consent at checkout.

During checkout, you are asked to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download link or license key is provided. This consent is recorded with your order.

If you have not downloaded or accessed the product, you may still request a refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the product does not meet your needs and you have not waived your withdrawal right, contact us at hi@plugkit.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on plugkit.io include VAT. For B2C customers in the EU, VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your country of residence under the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. For B2B customers with a valid EU VAT number, reverse charge applies (0% VAT). The final VAT amount is calculated and shown at checkout by Stripe Tax.

8. Liability

Our liability for damages arising from or in connection with the use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including gross negligence.

9. Online Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will consider participation on a case-by-case basis.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
