Installation

Requirements

  • A Shopify store (any plan)
  • Admin access to install apps
  • A Fakturownia.pl or InvoiceOcean account

Step 1: Install from the Shopify App Store

  1. Visit the Fakturownia Pro app listing on the Shopify App Store
  2. Click "Add app"
  3. Review the requested permissions and click "Install app"
  4. Fakturownia Pro will be added to your Shopify admin

Step 2: Connect Your Fakturownia Account

  1. Open Fakturownia Pro from your Shopify admin apps
  2. Enter your Fakturownia API token
  3. Click "Test Connection" to verify
  4. You should see a green "Connected" indicator

Where to find your API token

  1. Log in to your Fakturownia.pl or InvoiceOcean account
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Integration → API Authorization Code
  3. Copy the token and paste it into Fakturownia Pro

Step 3: Configure Invoice Rules

Set up what happens at each order status change:

Step 4: Enable Customer Dashboard

  1. Go to Settings → Customer Portal
  2. Toggle "Enable invoice dashboard"
  3. Customers will see an "Invoices" section in their account

Free Plan Limits

The Free plan includes up to 20 orders/month with:

  • Automatic invoice creation
  • Credit notes on refund
  • PDF invoice downloads
  • Invoice email attachments

Upgrade to Basic ($9/mo) for per-status rules, customer portal, multi-currency, and bilingual invoices.
